Terms and Conditions for DripTalk

Welcome to DripTalk ("DripTalk," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DripTalk mobile application (the "App") and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DripTalk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About DripTalk

DripTalk is an AI-powered fashion styling application that provides personalized outfit suggestions, fashion advice, shopping recommendations, and interactive styling conversations using artificial intelligence.

The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional fashion, medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use DripTalk.

If you are under the legal age required in your country, you may only use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DripTalk only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Upload illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.

  • Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App.

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the service.

  • Attempt to bypass security features.

  • Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

DripTalk uses artificial intelligence to generate styling recommendations and conversational responses.

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate recommendations:

  • AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Recommendations should be treated as suggestions rather than guarantees.

  • Fashion advice reflects AI analysis and should not replace professional judgment where appropriate.

DripTalk is continuously improving, but we do not guarantee that AI responses will always be correct, complete, or suitable for every situation.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant DripTalk a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the App.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to upload your content.

  • Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

7. Camera, Photos, and Face Analysis

Certain features require access to your camera or photo library.

By granting these permissions, you authorize DripTalk to process uploaded images solely to provide personalized styling recommendations.

Face analysis is performed using on-device machine learning technologies where applicable and is used only to estimate facial characteristics relevant to fashion recommendations.

DripTalk does not use facial analysis for identity verification or facial recognition.

8. Biometric Authentication

If your device supports biometric authentication (such as Face ID or fingerprint authentication), you may enable it to secure access to the App.

Your biometric information is managed entirely by your device's operating system.

DripTalk does not collect, store, or have access to your biometric data.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using DripTalk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

DripTalk may rely on trusted third-party providers, including AI processing services, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, and other technology partners.

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, AI models, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by DripTalk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Sell

  • License

  • Reverse engineer

any portion of the App without prior written permission.

12. Shopping Recommendations

DripTalk may recommend products, brands, or retailers.

These recommendations are provided for convenience only.

We do not manufacture, sell, guarantee, or endorse products offered by third-party retailers.

Purchases made through external websites are solely between you and the retailer.

13. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of DripTalk may require a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

We do not directly process payment information.

14. Service Availability

We strive to keep DripTalk available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • Update features

  • Modify functionality

  • Perform maintenance

  • Temporarily suspend services

  • Discontinue features

without prior notice.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Abuse the service.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Harm other users or our systems.

You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time through the Account Settings.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

DripTalk is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DripTalk and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the use of DripTalk during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DripTalk and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and notify users within the App where required by law.

Your continued use of DripTalk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DripTalk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
