Delete Your DripTalk Account

At DripTalk, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the DripTalk app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Account.

  4. Tap Delete Account.

  5. Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include:

  • Your registered email address

  • Your username (if applicable)

  • A request stating that you want your DripTalk account permanently deleted

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data from our active systems, including:

  • Your DripTalk account and profile

  • Chat history with the AI Stylist

  • Saved outfits and style preferences

  • Uploaded photos and images

  • Saved fashion recommendations

  • Account settings and preferences

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Security and fraud prevention records

  • Records required to comply with legal obligations

  • Backup data that will be securely deleted according to our regular retention schedule

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as legally required.

Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are completed immediately or within a reasonable processing period.

If you submit your request by email, we will process it as soon as possible after verifying your identity.
